Acceptable use policy
Draft for review by counsel before launch. Last updated October 28, 2026.
InFrame generates images of real people. These rules protect them, and they apply to every account and every API request.
Consent comes first
Only submit a photo of a person who has agreed to have images of them generated for this purpose. Every request must state how consent was obtained and include your own reference to that record. Keep the record for as long as you use the images, and delete the images if the person withdraws consent.
Do not use photos scraped from social media, public websites, data brokers or any source where the person did not agree to this use.
Who you can't depict
- Anyone under 18.
- Public figures, celebrities or politicians, unless you hold a written license to use their likeness for this purpose.
- Anyone in a way that suggests they endorse a product when they have not agreed to that.
What you can't make
- Sexual or suggestive content, nudity, or content that sexualizes anyone.
- Content that harasses, demeans, defames or deceives the depicted person or others.
- Images used to impersonate someone, verify identity, or create false evidence.
- Body or appearance changes presented as real results of a product (for example "before and after" imagery for weight-loss, hair-growth or cosmetic products), unless your use complies with advertising law and the policies of every platform where it runs, and the image is clearly labeled as an illustration.
Labeling
Our images carry metadata identifying them as AI-generated. Do not remove it. Where a law or platform requires a visible disclosure, add one.
Enforcement
We may block requests, suspend accounts and delete content that breaks this policy, and we cooperate with valid legal requests. Report misuse to abuse@aivertise.tech.
