Terms of service
Draft for review by counsel before launch. Last updated October 28, 2026.
These terms govern use of the InFrame website, demo and API. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
The service
InFrame generates images and videos that show a person using a product, from photos you submit. Generated content may contain mistakes; review it before you publish it.
Your responsibilities
- You will follow the Acceptable Use Policy, including getting consent from every person depicted.
- You are responsible for how you use generated content, including compliance with advertising, consumer protection, privacy and right-of-publicity laws.
- You will keep your API keys secret.
Content ownership
As between you and us, you own the photos you submit and the content generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service.
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, with usage above the included amount billed in arrears. Failed generations are not charged.
Intellectual property
The InFrame service and its methods are the subject of U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63/988,628 (patent pending). These terms grant you a right to use the service, not a license to the underlying patent rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit or publish.
